Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country and local courier services.

Shipping Areas

Gilliatt currently ships primarily within Switzerland and to select European countries. You will see available shipping destinations during checkout.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the order size, weight, and destination. We offer free shipping within Switzerland on orders over 50 CHF.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package status.
