2. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

3. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery time varies by country. Gilliatt is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for soap products. For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
